Introducing:
Tawny Smith
Owner/Director
 
Tawny started her career in cheerleading and dance at Cleburne High School in 1990. She then went on to coach cheerleading and gymnastics in Arlington, TX throughout her high school career and first year of college. Tawny cheered for Navarro College one year before moving on to Sam Houston State University on a cheerleading scholarship. She was also heavily involved in the dance program at Sam Houston as well. After graduating from college with a BA in English, Tawny went on to teach for Duncanville ISD and Burleson ISD. In both districts, she worked as a cheer sponsor to help build the programs. For the past 10 years, Tawny has taught English, Dance, and Speech, and has been the Dance I instructor, at Burleson High School. Tawny's long term goal has always been to own her own gym and make sure that the children involved have fun and enjoy their experience as a cheerleader or dancer.

Marcos
Gym Manager
 

Marcos has worked for TTC ever since we opened four and a half years ago!! He is an amazing instructor for preschool all the way through advanced power tumblers. He works with our competitive teams, summer camps, and is the gyms new manager/director. Marcos is very knowledgeable about all aspects of gymnastics and can answer any questions about all of the activities/programs held at The Tumble Club.

Neal Meltzer
Power Tumbling Instructor
 

Neal has been coaching gymnastics/cheerleading for over 20 years. His experience and dedication to the sport will prove to be a huge asset to the TTC program. We are excited to have Neal as a part of The Tumble Club staff!

Nate and Marcos
Power Tumbling Instructors
 

Nathan and Marcos both teach our level three, power tumbling, and stunt classes at the Tumble Club. Nathan was a Collegiate Cheerleader at Tarleton State University. Marcos was a part of the Astro Airs Team in Killeen. Their background in gymnastics makes them a valuable asset to TTC.

Tanner
Pre-school thru Level Three Instructor
 

Tanner was a member of our TTC senior cheer team for three years. Tanner has been involved in Tumbling and All Star Cheer for the last 6 years. He is now one of our instructors at TTC. He teaches Pre-school thru Level 3 and Jump classes. Tanner has proven to be an asset to the TTC team.

Lindsey
Dance and Level One & Two Instructor
 

Lindsey has been a varsity cheerleader at BHS for the last two years. She is very skilled at tumbling, dancing and cheering. She is currently working with our beginner tumblers and dance classes at TTC. She is a great asset to the Tumble Club team.
